Scheduled visual property checks with an email report and authorized photographs after each visit. Optional visit-completion text alerts: +$5/month; full text reports: +$10/month.
Month-to-month, billed in advance, with proposed 30-day written cancellation notice. No emergency or after-hours response. Home watch is visual observation, not a licensed inspection or guarantee against damage. Written agreement required.
LABOR ONLY — MATERIALS NOT INCLUDED. All listed handyman and repair prices are labor charges only. The cost of materials, parts, supplies, and any applicable permits or travel fees is additional. Your final written estimate will show one total project price including approved materials and other charges. Preliminary prices may change before the 2028 launch.

Home watch package prices cover the stated scheduled visits and reporting, not repair materials or additional work. Prices are planning estimates, not binding quotes.
